世界選手権06のエクステンデッドで登場した、新型のデザイアデッキ。

デッキ名は「Top Extended Perfect Storm」の略である。


Rite of Flame / 炎の儀式 (赤)
ソーサリー

(赤)(赤)を加え、その後、すべての墓地にある《炎の儀式/Rite of Flame》という名前のカードの総数に等しい点数の(赤)を加える。



Cabal Ritual / 陰謀団の儀式 (１)(黒)
インスタント

(黒)(黒)(黒)を加える。
スレッショルド ― あなたの墓地にカードが７枚以上あるなら、代わりに(黒)(黒)(黒)(黒)(黒)を加える。



Mind's Desire / 精神の願望 (４)(青)(青)
ソーサリー

あなたのライブラリーを切り直す。あなたのライブラリーの一番上のカードを追放する。ターン終了時まで、あなたはそのカードをそのマナ・コストを支払うことなくプレイしてもよい。
ストーム（あなたがこの呪文を唱えたとき、このターンにそれより前に唱えた呪文１つにつきそれを１回コピーする。）


炎の儀式/Rite of Flame、陰謀団の儀式/Cabal Ritual、煮えたぎる歌/Seething Song、睡蓮の花/Lotus Bloomで大量のマナを用意し、キャントリップをもつマナフィルターでマナを使う事なくストームを稼ぎつつドローし、燃え立つ願い/Burning Wish経由か、直接引いて精神の願望/Mind's Desireを放つ。

あとはこれまでのデザイアと同じく、苦悶の触手/Tendrils of Agonyでゲーム終了である。

ハートビートデザイアに比べてコンボ発動が早く、平均4ターンで決まる。 先手3ターン目に決まる確率が高いのも特徴（最速2ターン目に決まる事もあるが、確率はかなり低い）。

他には過去の罪/Sins of the Pastが新しい。 精神の願望/Mind's Desireでこれがめくれると再利用できるため、精神の願望の枚数が増えたようなものであり、コンボの成功率が高まった。 また、手札破壊にも耐性がついた。
